We use DHL, UPS and Royal Mail Next Business Day Tracked Services. Once your items have been dispatched you will receive email confirmation along with a tracking number.

Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be occasions where an order is delayed by the delivery service. This could be due to customs clearance or busy time periods such as Xmas and could delay your delivery by as much as 30 days. Please allow 30 days from receiving your order dispatch email before contacting us. We do not offer any compensation for any late deliveries that are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any delays but will work with yourself and the delivery service to expedite deliveries. We will not process any refunds for non delivery of orders until the delivery company has confirmed the package is lost. If an order is lost we will refund you in full or dispatch a replacement order.

Returns

For your peace of mind and satisfaction all items are carefully checked prior to despatch.  Guardian Routers must be notified of any errors, missing items or damage within 48hrs of delivery.  This does not affect your consumer rights.

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept the return of your item within 14 days of purchase, providing:

 

  • You have requested a return by emailing returns@lightning-box.co.uk within 14 days
  • It is received back to us undamaged
  • It is complete with ALL accessories and any other associated parts supplied
  • Returned in the undamaged manufacturers packaging or the box you received it in from us when you purchased
  • The security seal is intact
  • Manufactures packaging must not be damaged and must be in a re-saleable condition


If any of these criteria are not met, there will be either a 20% re-stocking fee or we may refuse to refund for the returned item. Postage charges are non refundable unless the item is returned as faulty. If an item is returned as faulty, return postage costs will ONLY be refunded if that item is proved to be faulty by our technicians.

How To Return An Item

To return an item you will need to contact us by emailing returns@lightning-box.co.uk and requesting an RMA number. We will reply with an RMA and return address. Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend using a tracked service.​
Any items returned without an RMA number will not be processed
